Job Function
- Operations
- To provide technical assistance to members of the Asset team as/when required. This assistance will be in the form of the preparation of technical documentation using a variety of in-house computer software.
- Main Components of the Role
- To prepare technical documentation to a consistent standard using recognised computer software.
- To assist members of the Asset team to prepare technical documentation to a consistent standard using recognised computer software.
- To be a focal point through which members of the Asset team can resolve computer software problems with regard to Company standards, formats etc.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required
- A recognised technical qualification in engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the oil/gas sector.
- Must be proficient with MS Word.
- Must be proficient with MS PowerPoint including the importing of data produced in other software.
- Should have a working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Should be capable of downloading and filing multi-media (e.g. jpeg files).
- A working knowledge of other software packages would be an advantage.
